These applications are filed to condone the delay of 247 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused on account of death of the 2nd respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 13 to 16 as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for respondents 13 to 16 appeared and objected, till date he has not filed any counter. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the applications to bring the legal representatives on record, have to be allowed. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
