This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 24.09.2025 made in WP.(MD)No.12238 of 2025 dismissing the petition for non-prosecution, on the file of this Court and restore the same.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to restore the writ petition in WP.(MD)No.12238 of 2025 and list the same after four weeks.
