ORDER

The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.15309/2025 dated 16.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the inlaws. Further, the 5th petitioner herein, ie., Kavipriya has given birth and the other petitioners are taking cate of the said Kavipriya and also some petitioners are having illness.

Hence, he prays for modification of the condition (c) imposed by the Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.15309/2025 dated 16.09.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying for only two days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition (c) imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.15309/2025 dated 16.09.2025.

5.Accordingly, the condition (c) imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No. 15309/2025 dated 16.09.2025, ie., "(c)the petitioners 2 to 6 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders", is modified as under: "(c)the petitioners 2 to 6 shall report before the All Women Police Station, Namakkal daily at 10.30 am. for a period of one week, and thereafter as and when required" The other conditions imposed by the Court are confirmed. 6.With the above said observations, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 27-10-2025 Tmg To
