ORDER

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.Crl(MD). No. 1218 of 2025 dated 02.09.2025 has not been complied with.

2. The Inspector of Police conducted a spot inspection and submitted that the petitioner had not followed the Standard Operating Procedure. Therefore, the Inspector of Police sent a communication to the Corporation. Since the Standard Operating Procedure has not been complied with, a No Objection Certificate cannot be issued.

3. Since the respondent police has considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to 2/4

law. If the petitioner complies with all the requirements under the Standard Operating Procedure, the respondent may reconsider the matter and pass appropriate orders.
