This Civil Revision Petition is filed to to direct the lower Court, to dispose of the O.S.No. 185 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, within a time frame fixed by this Court

Considering the fact that the suit is at the stage of trial, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than the period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
