Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to grant patta by considering the representation dated 15.6.2011 preferred by the Petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to grant patta by considering the representation, dated 15.6.2011 preferred by the Petitioner in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the submissions made by Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no proof for submitting representation by the Petitioner and if a fresh representation is submitted, it will be considered by the authorities concerned, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordance with law.
4.In the light of the prayer sought for by the Petitioner and the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the Petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order enclosing a copy of this order. On such compliance, the second respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks therefrom. 5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
