By relying on a sale deed dated 23.11.2021 executed by the Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi, in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner had applied for a survey of the land in Natham Survey No. 603/5.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the owner of Natham Survey No.603/6 has applied for rectification of an alleged FMB sketch error. After orders are passed on the said request, he submits that the petitioner's request for a survey would be taken up. He seeks four (4) months' time to complete the process.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's 2/4

request for a survey and complete the entire process within four (4) months after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs. NCS : Yes/No 24.10.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No apd To
