ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to provide adequate Police protection for the petitioner life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as the petitioner himself represented that he would seek appropriate remedy before the Civil Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had also produced the copy of the closure report. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for. However, the respondent police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4

4.In view of the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
