This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.57 of 2012, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Tuticorin.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on records.

3. Both the learned Counsel submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and for implementation of the above said compromise, the trial Court has posted the matter on 28.08.2014.

4. In view of the above said circumstances, nothing survives in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
