ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned District Munsif, Sivagangai to expedite the trial in OS No.227 of 2013 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the limited order passed in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent stands dispensed with.

3. From the B-Diary extract produced, it could be seen that as early as on 20.10.2014, the case was at the stage of recording evidence. Thereafter, it is seen that number of interlocutory applications have been filed and all the interlocutory applications have been kept peding.

4. Considering the fact that the suit which was initiated as early as in the year 2013, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, to dispose of the interlocutory applications pending within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter complete the trial in the case and dispose of the suit within a further time of six months.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
