Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The relief sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be granted in this writ proceedings. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
