ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition has to be obtained only before the jurisdictional civil Court. It is stated that preliminary decree has already been passed in O.S.No.66 of 2017 on the file of Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram. I.A.No.431 of 2022 is the final decree application. The petitioner can very well file an IA in the final decree proceedings for interim relief. As and when such an IA is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. It is needless to say that the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the final decree proceedings. 2/4
