ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this writ petition, the departmental proceedings was initiated against the writ petitioner, charge memo was issued and after enquiry, he was terminated from service. Thus, the writ petitioner is not in service as of now. Further, challenging the order of termination, the petitioner filed WP(MD)No.3293 of 2012, which is pending before this Court.

2.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
