This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to grant adequate protection to the petitioner administering the temple and its properties in the name of Arul Mighu Krishnan Temple at Sattur by considering the complaint dated 21.11.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel on either side submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed as infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed, by granting liberty to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, if required. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
