ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the water channel in Old Survey Nos.309/7, 309/8, 310/5 and 310/6 comprised in Town Survey Nos.19/3 and 19/4 has a width of 100 feet 20 years ago which has now been reduced to 10 feet width. In order to ascertain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the width of the channel, the petitioner had given representation to the respondents 1 to 3 and since his representation was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey and ascertain the width of the channel.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2011 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
