ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13456 of 2025 dt. 04.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been laid before the concerned Magistrate Court.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and since charge sheet has been laid, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the trial Court as and when required and for all hearing dates. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
