ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and take further action on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the third respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
