ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the final report in C.C.No.526 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, which was filed for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002.

2. During the course of arguments, when this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the concerned trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
