By relying on a sale deed dated 07.10.2013 and patta No.2785 in respect of survey No.357/2, the petitioner had applied online for a survey of the said land on 08.08.2025. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both respondents. He submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's application and that the entire process would be concluded within three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records in his name. Therefore, a case is made out for consideration of the petitioner's application. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim.

4. In the facts and circumstances outlined above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey and complete the process within 2/4

three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs.
