PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2025 and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to take legal action against the 5th respondent and his family member who have illegally encroached on the government - owned land located in Survey No.11/5 at Poosaripatti Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District by constructing a bathroom and a building causing nuisance to the local public and school students and to recover the government occupied land from them and remove the unauthorized building.
