ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the first respondent to provide Police protection to the petitioner and her family members from the respondent 2 to 7 and their henchmen by considering her representation dated 12.09.2025 in accordance with law. 2.The gist of the representation is that the respondents 2 to 7 are preventing the petitioner and her husband from entering the house in which, they were originally residing.

3.Even according to the petitioner, the property stands in the name of the sister of the petitioner's husband. The petitioner is now living with her husband separately.

4.There cannot be any direction to the first respondent as prayed for. If the petitioner is being prevented from entering her own house or the house in which she was in occupation, it is needless to say that the 2/4

petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court for appropriate relief.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
