This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to allow the petitioner to appear in the forthcoming examination in Fitter Course conducted by the 2nd respondent Institution, which is scheduled in the month of January, 2012.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the petition may be closed.
