(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.A.K.H.M.Mohamed Abdul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes an endorsement to the effect that this writ petition is not pursued, as pending writ petition, the licence for petrol bunk has been issued by the authorities.
2. Question of granting mandamus in such circumstances does not arise. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the licence if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
