After submitting a representation for rectification of patta No.370 by deleting the name of the third respondent therefrom, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the early disposal of such representation.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the first and second respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits by the first respondent after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the third respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024 on merits within three (3) months from 2/4
