ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/ respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD). No.12383 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. This Court, by order dated 29.04.2025, has passed an order directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry upon the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law within one week.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents had conducted an enquiry and passed an order on 07.01.2026.

4. The contention of the petitioner is that he was not called and heard by the respondents. It is seen that the present respondents have closed the organization based on the orders of Central Government. Therefore, the respondents have passed an order stating the above facts. 2/4

5. Considering the same, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no contempt as alleged. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action as per law.
