PRAYER :-C-60. To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15068 of 2025 dt. 11.09.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 15068 of 2025 dt. 11.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and A5 has 13 previous cases.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, and since A5 is having 13 previous cases, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed as follows:

(i) the 4th petitioner/A5 shall appear before the respondent police once in a month, ie., 1st working day of every English Calendar month until further orders; and (ii) the other petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

5.Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
