The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and (iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 12 as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 4 to 12 in C.M.P.(MD)No.

14820 of 2025 in C.M.P.(MD)No.17841 of 2024 in C.R.P.(MD)No.3379 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.M.P.(MD)No.
