PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.1 to monitor and supervise the investigation relating to the case in Crime No. 81/2024 on the file of the Respondent No.4 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Petition is filed to to direct the first respondent to monitor and supervise the investigation relating to the case in Crime No.81 of 2024 on the file of the fourth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025.

2. Though the prayer in the writ petition seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to monitor and supervise the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2024 conducted by the 4th respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent may monitor the said investigation.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and the third respondent shall monitor the investigation.
