Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, a cheque bearing No.472078 625800003 for a sum of Rs.39,11,899/- had been handed over by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent to the petitioner and the same was duly acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Even though the petitioner had sought for interest at the rate of 18% per annum, the petitioner has also given a letter dated 13.11.2025 to the respondents to withdraw the present writ petition. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. 17.11.2025 tta 2/4
