PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take immediate steps to remove the encroachments made by respondents 5 to 7 in Survey No. 1764/13, Cholapuram-Keelur village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District in accordance with the proceedings in Na.Ka.A6/1136/2024, Dated 30.09.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and ensure that the said pathway is restored for free public access within time stipulated by this Court.
