2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 07.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
