ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2025 from the file of the 2nd respondent and hand over the same to some other police officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police working under the 1st respondent and further direct him to complete the investigation and to file report within a stipulated time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and the case was taken on file in S.T.C.No.12 of 2026.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with 2/4
