The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the sixth respondent, an FIR was registered against the petitioner and others in Crime No.326 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 131 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there cannot be any direction as prayed for in this petition. 2/4
