Alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.11889 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 24.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.11889 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 16.12.2025 bearing reference Moo.Mu.A3/5093/2025 passed by the first respondent has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
