ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's saving Bank account Nos. 1) A/c.No.50200066766024Agriculture Loan Account - Kisan Gold Loan 2) A/c.No.50200066767082 - Agriculture Loan Account - Farm Development Loan, 3) A/c.No. 50100511372102-Kishan Club Savings Account, 4) A/c.No.50100235092154 - Savings Account - Senior Citizen maintaiend with the second respondent Bank.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the said accounts were frozen, since there were certain suspicious transactions; that during the course of investigation, it was found that the petitioner was not involved in any of the offences; and that consequently, the first respondent has addressed a letter, dated 26.11.2025 to the second respondent to defreeze all the accounts of the petitioner.

3. It is seen from the letter issued by the 1st respondent to the second respondent that already a direction has been issued to defreeze the four accounts maintained by the petitioner with the second respondent Bank. Hence, the second respondent Bank shall forthwith comply with the letter issued by 2/4

the first respondent to defreeze the aforesaid accounts of the petitioner and permit the petitioner to operate the same.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
