The writ petition is filed challenging the order of appointment of the 6th respondent dated 13.08.2011. However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 6th respondent informed this Court that the 6th respondent passed away. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the order which is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
