The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No. 40 of 2008 within a time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.
