JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) On perusing the reasons for condoning the delay of 48 days in preferring the review application as well as the grounds raised in the review petition, we find that the matter not fit for review. Therefore, condoning the delay is only be an empty formality, which we are not inclined to entertain. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Review Application also stands rejected at SR stage. No costs.
