The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P., and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
