ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to implement his earlier order in Na.Ka.4672/2011/A5, dated 02.09.2011, with regard to poojari works on turn basis in Arulmigu Mariamman Thirukkovil and Arulmigu Manamkathan Thirukkovil, situated in Veppattur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2011. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order in Na.Ka.4672/2011/A5, dated 02.09.2011 passed by the second respondent, has already been implemented. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the submission made on the side of the respondents that the order in Na.Ka.4672/2011/A5, dated 02.09.2011 has already been implemented, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
