ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 3rd respondent to sponsor the name of the Petitioner to the 1st respondent and other authorities concerned for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Recruitment of Secondary Grade Teacher.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner fairly made submissions that the writ petitioner at the first instance was selected and issued with an order of appointment. However, the petitioner had not joined at the time of appointment due to some personal reasons. However, during the next year, the name of the writ petitioner has not been sponsored and hence, she was not able get her chance of including her name in the employment seniority. However, such grievances cannot be reconsidered in view of the fact the appointment to the post of the Secondary Grade Teachers has to be made only by the Teachers Recruitment Board and the recruitment rules in this regard are underwent many changes. 2.In this view of the matter, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1&2 of 2011 are closed.
