By order dated 30.01.2015, the petitioner was directed to serve notice on the counsel who represents the respondent in HMOP.No.375 of 2012 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, since the notice sent to the respondent was returned with an endorsement "left". Subsequently, on 20.02.2015, the matter stood adjourned to 27.02.2015.

On 27.02.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was recorded that the order dated 30.01.2015 was not complied with. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is constrained to dismiss the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition for default. No costs. Consequently, M.P (MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
