PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the representation dated 13.10.2011 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.10.2011. 2.Heard Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

The learned Additional Government would submit that earlier representation was given in the year 2011, if the petitioner is still having grievance in this regard, he may be directed to give fresh representation to the first respondent. 4.In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks by enclosing a copy of this order, if necessary. On such compliance, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
