Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to place the petitioner under Old Pension Scheme based on G.O.Ms.No.413, Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010 by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 19.09.2025 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to place the petitioner under Old Pension Scheme based on G.O.Ms.No.413, Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010 by considering the representation of the Petitioner dated 19.09.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 19.09.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
