This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing No.2068/A.P.D.L/Group-IV-C.PO.THE/2008 dated 10.08.2009 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that in the impugned order, the petitioner had been debarred from appearing for the examination conducted by the respondent for the period of five years from 13.07.2009 and that period has lapsed on 12.07.2014, and as such, the relief sought in the Writ Petition challenging the impugned order has become infructuous now and nothing remains for adjudication in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording that statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
