O R D E R

An order dated 10.02.2025 of the Revenue Divisional Officer is challenged in this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a partition suit was filed in O.S.No.91 of 2017 before the I Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and that only a preliminary decree has been issued therein.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. He points out that a revision petition has been filed before the District Revenue Officer by the petitioners and that an inquiry notice has been issued on 25.09.2025 fixing the inquiry on 08.10.2025.

3. In these circumstances, the petitioners cannot maintain this petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first 2/4

respondent to pass orders on merits on the revision petition of the petitioners within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.
