ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.75 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instruction, would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.1560 of 2025 and accused have pleaded guilty and have been sentenced to pay fine. Hence, nothing survive for further adjudication.

3.Recording aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
