Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned auction cancellation notice issued by the respondent inhis proceedings nil dated 20.03.2013 and the consequential tender notification issued by the respondent in his proceedings letter NO. E/210/213 dated 27.06.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to declare the petitioner as successful tenderer pursuant to the tender notification in letter No.E/525/12 dated 22.02.2013.
