Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in Lr.No.MH 27/7618/07 dated 18.02.2011, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of House No.H-86, TNHB, MNNHS Sector, I & II, Tamil Nagar, Anaiyur, Madurai - 17 and to direct the 1st respondent to extend the time limit fixed in their G.O.Ms.No.37 Hg & UD Department dated 14.02.2011 from the date on which the 2nd & 3rd respondents make lawful claim if any by furnishing working sheet in accordance with the directions made by this Honourable Court in the earlier Writ Petitions.
