By relying on a sale deed dated 30.07.1983 and the extract from the Town Survey Land Register in respect of T.S.No.126, the petitioner had applied for a survey of the land. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1, 3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for respondents 2 and 5. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's request after issuing notice to the legal heirs of the deceased K.Vanamamalai and to owners of relevant adjacent lands.

In the above facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the legal heirs of the late K.Vanamamalai and to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be completed within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
